Accounts Receivable: How to check them through the Central Bank

Informative guide on the Central Bank's Accounts Receivable System.

11-app is an independent content portal. We are not the Central Bank, we do not conduct consultations, we do not request refunds, and we do not ask for passwords, access codes, CPF numbers, or bank details.

What is the Accounts Receivable System?

The Accounts Receivable System (SVR) is the official channel of the Central Bank of Brazil for individuals, companies, and, where applicable, legal representatives to check the availability of funds in financial institutions. Inquiries and any requests must be made exclusively through this official platform.

This article does not confirm that there is value for any individual. Individual information only appears after consultation with the official system.

    How to consult safely

    1. Access the official website of the Central Bank via the link below.
    2. Log in only with your own Gov.br account when the system prompts you to.
    3. Read the result presented by the SVR and follow the instructions displayed for your case.
    4. Use only the channels indicated by the system itself to clarify doubts or track a request.

Accessing the Central Bank's Accounts Receivable System

This should not be confused with SVR.

The Accounts Receivable System is not a channel for inquiring about salary bonuses, old PIS/Pasep installments, FGTS, social benefits, or income transfer programs. Each service has its own official rules and channels.

For old quotas from the defunct PIS/Pasep Fund, use the REPIS Citizen. For information regarding salary bonuses, please consult the... official service of the Federal Government.

    Precautions against scams

    • The Central Bank does not ask for a Gov.br password, verification code, or payment to check balances.
    • Do not click on links received via message that promise immediate release, guaranteed value, or priority service.
    • Type the official address of the Central Bank into your browser or use the link provided on this page.
    • Be wary of any person or company that charges for a consultation or requests money on your behalf.
